The Bariatric Gel-Flex Dialysis Recliner Chair Pad is used over the existing dialysis recliner chair cushion, to improve comfort, reduce pain and for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Gel-Flex offers superior comfort, support and pressure redistribution for individuals who sit for extended periods of time or for long procedures. The Gel-Flex top layer is a unique pressure relieving material constructed CertiPur-US certified foam with rows of foam "springs. A semi-solid pressure relieving blue gel is poured in-between the "springs" to form a soft, light weight yet supportive material that can support up to 450 lbs.

The Gel-Flex Dialysis Recliner is lightweight and transports easily. An optional carry-bag with handle improves convenience.

The Gel-Flex dialysis recliner cushion fits most standard dialysis recliners and is avaialable in 18" 20", 22" and custom sizes and lengths.  . 

The dialysis recliner chair cushion is comprised of three sections. The sections are hinged to allows the pad to conform to the dialysis recliner regardless of position, sitting, partial recline or laying flat. The dialysis Pad has a special heel protection wedge for the prevention of heel ulcers. The special cover is made from Vyvex-III a Multi-Stretch Cover Urethane and a non-skid Bottom to keep the overlay securely in the recliner. Adjustable safety straps secure the overlay for added safety. Cover material is anti-microbial, fire-retardant and is easy to clean with medical cleans or a simple 8% bleach and water solution. 

Can be made in widths up to 29". Custom sizes available.
