The Gel Recliner Pad for Geri Chairs is used over the existing geri chair recliner cushion, to improve comfort and for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. The Geri Chairs Gel Recliner Pad offers superior comfort, support and pressure redistribution for individuals who sit for extended periods of time during the day or sleep in their Geri Chair Recliners at night. The Geri Chair Gel Recliner Pad supports up to 250 lbs.
Handmade to exacting medical standards, our Gel Recliner Pad is one of the only pads on the market manufactured entirely in the USA! Many imported gel recliner cushions leak. In addition, many imports are constructed from materials, known to cause cancer, that far in excess of the safety regulations set forth in California Prop 65. We use heavy-duty medical grade materials and a special welding process that makes our gel recliner cushions the incredibly durable.
The gel recliner cushion fits most standard geri-chair recliners.
The three section overlay is constructed with an aqueous, highly viscous gel that is encapsulated in a high density foam shell that relieves pressure and pain. The Gel Recliner Pad has a special heel protection wedge for the prevention of heel ulcers. Our overlay is covered with 4 Way Stretch Cover Urethane and a non-skid Bottom to keep the overlay securely in the recliner. An adjustable safety strap secures the overlay for added safety. Cover material is anti-microbial, fire-retardant and is easy to clean with medical cleans or a simple 8% bleach and water solution.

My mother is much more comfortable in her geri chair. She spends a lot of time in her recliner. Her skin was starting to breakdown but it healed on the gel recliner pad. Very happy with the pad and the service. The pad shipped the same day it was ordered and it arrived the next day with free ground shipping. Can't ask for better than that.
