- • Orders placed after 1 pm eastern time will be processed the next business day.
- • Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. Eastern time, will be processed on Monday.
- • Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

- • We will ask that you document the damage with pictures
