The anti thrust wheelchair cushion base and top layer is constructed from a high density foam and is offered with a pressure redistribution foam top. Gel can be added for additional pressure redistribution. Covered with medical grade vinyl, non-skid bottom with safety strap.

Core: Fluidized gel bladder improves pressure redistribution and comfort. Fluided gel conforms to the body's contours and the bony prominences to provide protection and treatment of pressure ulcers.
